Location

All workshop sessions will take place at the Maryland Institute for Technology in the Humanities (MITH). MITH is located in the lower level of Hornbake Library on the University of Maryland campus.

From BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport
Using Public Transporation: B30 metrobus to Greenbelt Metro $3.10 cash, and exact change is needed (Green Line) then Greenbelt Metro to College Park Metro stop (only one stop) $3.00 (Smart Trip Fare). From Reagan National
Using Public Transporation: Reagan National Metro (Yellow Line) to College Park Metro (Green Line) switch from Yellow Line to Green Line at L’Enfant Plaza $3.35 (less if not during rush hour). Super Shuttle Costs: $28.00 one-way.

From Dulles International Airport
Using Public Transporation: Washington Flyer Bus to West Falls Church Metro ($9) then West Falls Church Metro (Orange line) to College Park Metro (Green line). Switch from Orange Line to Green Line at L’Enfant Plaza ($3.90 or less if not during rush hour). Super Shuttle costs $39.00 one way.

Campus shuttle from Metro
The College Park Metro Station is located on River Road off Paint Branch Parkway, approximately 1 mile from campus. The Metro system runs from 5:00 AM Friday – 3:00 AM on Saturday. The UMD 104 Metro bus will transport attendees to and from the College Park Metro stop at no cost. The shuttle leaves approximately every ten minutes or less from the UM Shuttle stop on the east side of the station. It will drop you off at Lot HH, across the street from the Adele Stamp Student Union (#163 on the campus map). Hornbake Library is less than a three minute walk down the hill.

Parking
Visitor parking is primarily available in four parking garages and two surface lots which have been converted to pay by space digital pay stations. Current rates are $3.00 per hour, with a $15.00 per day maximum and a $5.00 per day maximum on Saturday and Sunday.
